  1. Sticky Licence

  4. Sticky is a shareware product.  A limited license is granted to copy and
  5. distribute Sticky only for the trial use of others, subject to the
  6. following:

  8. 1) Sticky must be copied in unmodified form, complete with all the files
  9.    that accompanied it.
  10. 2) Sticky may not be distributed in conjunction with any other product
  11.    with out a specific license to do so from Beach Front Software Company.
  12. 3) No fee, charge, or other compensation may be requested or accepted,
  13.    except as authorized below:

  15. Operators of electronic bulletin board systems (sysops) may make Sticky
  16. available for downloading only as long as the above conditions are met.
  17. An overall or time-dependent charge for the use of the bulletin board
  18. system is permitted as long as there is not a specific charge for the
  19. downloading of Sticky.

  21. Vendors of user-supported or shareware software may distribute Sticky,
  22. subject to the above conditions, without specific permission. Vendors
  23. may charge a disk duplication and handling fee, which, when pro-rated to
  24. the Sticky product, may not exceed five dollars.

  26. Non-profit user groups may distribute Sticky, subject to the above
  27. conditions, without specific permission.  Non-profit user groups may
  28. charge a disk duplication fee, which, when pro-rated to the Sticky product,
  29. may not exceed five dollars.
